People love candles and often spend $40 or more on a single candle at a retail store. Key West Candle & Bath Co. fundraiser candles are highly fragrant, slow burning, and hand-poured in small batches in Old Town Key West—just steps from Duval Street.
Because supporters receive a beautiful product they will actually use, sales can be stronger than traditional donation-only programs. Your organization also keeps any extra amount a supporter chooses to contribute.

How your fundraiser works
Take orders
Participants collect orders and payment during the selling period. Cash is accepted, checks are payable to your organization, and a QR code can be added to the order form for debit or credit card payments.
A target of at least 10 candles per participant is recommended. At the end, your organization keeps its share and submits one signed Final Order Tally Sheet—rather than every individual order form—along with the remaining payment.
We hand-pour every candle
Once the Final Order Tally Sheet arrives, we begin making the order. Depending on its size, candles are ready within two to four weeks and packed by fragrance unless otherwise noted.
Your organization is responsible for sorting the finished order and distributing candles to participants.
Keep your profit
Each fundraiser candle is a 12-ounce candle with an estimated 120-hour burn time. It sells for $40, and your organization keeps $22 from every candle sold.
