There may be some imperfections or cracks do to the handmade nature, These imperfections will not have any effect on the function of bath bomb. Bath bombs are single-use, blends of smoothing, fragrant extracts and oils that you can toss in your tub before bath time. The primary ingredients are sodium bicarbonate and citric acid, which interact with each other once dissolved in water to create that fizzing effect we know and love.

Candle Safety Tips:

  • Be sure to remove and discard all tags and ties prior to lighting your candle.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended or near anything that could catch fire.
  • Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.
  • Read and carefully follow any special instructions on or with the candle.
  • Trim candlewicks to 1/4 inch each time before burning. Long or crooked wicks cause uneven burning and dripping.
  • Always use a candleholder specifically designed for candle use.
  • Votive candles should always be burned in a small votive container that fits snug around the candle.
  • Keep burning candles away from drafts, vents and air currents.
  • Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times.
  • Do not burn a candle for more than four hours at a time.
  • Never touch or move a candle when the wax is liquid.
  • One of the safest ways to extinguish a candle is to use a candle snuffer, which helps prevent hot wax from spattering.
  • Install a smoke detector in every room where candles are burned.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.


Exchanges:

If you received the wrong scent or item, we’ll gladly exchange it. Just reach out with your order number and photos, and we’ll provide instructions for the exchange process.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If your candle arrives broken or defective, please email us at keywestcandlecompany@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.
