The star ingredient, natural clay, is renowned for its ability to draw out impurities, excess oil, and toxins, leaving your pores clear and refined. To enhance the benefits of our Clay Facial Masks, we have enriched some with a blend of botanical extracts. These powerful plant-based ingredients provide additional nourishment and hydration, promoting a smoother and more radiant complexion.

  • Calm (Rose Clay + Chamomile Flowers | Best for combination/dry/sensitive skin) - This combination is gentle on the skin and absorbs excess oil. It has a fine texture and is more suitable for sensitive skin types.  
  • Detox (Bentonite Clay + Activated Charcoal | Best for normal/combination/acne-prone/oily skin) - The most magical powerhouse detox for your skin! This combination absorbs oil, dirt, grime from the skin.  It is also electrically charged (negative), so it works like a magnet to attract toxins and dirt.  
  • Relief (French Green Clay + Kaolin Clay | Best for normal/oily skin) - French green clay is excellent for oily skin or large pores. In addition to pulling oil from the skin and cleaning out pores, it also boosts blood circulation.  You may feel some tingling while the mask is on.  
  • Refresh (Rhassoul Clay + Rose Petal Powder | Best for normal/oily skin/sensitive skin) - This combination  is wonderful for the skin and hair!  It’s very high in minerals to nourish the skin.  It has a negative charge, so it’s attracted to impurities and toxins in the skin including oil, blackheads, and sebum for clearer looking skin.

It is our top priority at The Key West Candle Company that you and your family are safe as you enjoy our delectable candles. Always remember to exercise extreme caution whenever burning a candle.

Candle Safety Tips:

  • Be sure to remove and discard all tags and ties prior to lighting your candle.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended or near anything that could catch fire.
  • Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.
  • Read and carefully follow any special instructions on or with the candle.
  • Trim candlewicks to 1/4 inch each time before burning. Long or crooked wicks cause uneven burning and dripping.
  • Always use a candleholder specifically designed for candle use.
  • Votive candles should always be burned in a small votive container that fits snug around the candle.
  • Keep burning candles away from drafts, vents and air currents.
  • Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times.
  • Do not burn a candle for more than four hours at a time.
  • Never touch or move a candle when the wax is liquid.
  • One of the safest ways to extinguish a candle is to use a candle snuffer, which helps prevent hot wax from spattering.
  • Install a smoke detector in every room where candles are burned.

Available in Key West! Choose local pickup at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly.


Missing or Delayed Packages:

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at keywestcandlecompany@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.

At Key West Candle Company, we take pride in handcrafting each candle with care and quality. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!


Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.


Exchanges:

If you received the wrong scent or item, we’ll gladly exchange it. Just reach out with your order number and photos, and we’ll provide instructions for the exchange process.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If your candle arrives broken or defective, please email us at keywestcandlecompany@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.
